 Here's a recipe for making a chicken roll that can be served as a snack or a light meal:

Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken breast (1, cut into thin strips)
  • Lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • Ginger-garlic paste (1 tsp)
  • Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Garam masala powder (1/2 tsp)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil (1 tbsp)
  • Onion (1, finely chopped)
  • Bell pepper (1, finely chopped)
  • Tortilla wrap or flatbread (1)
  • Lettuce leaves (2-3)
  • Mayonnaise (2 tbsp)

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the chicken strips, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Let it marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken strips. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and tender.
  3. Add chopped onions and bell pepper to the pan and sauté for a few minutes until they are slightly softened.
  4. Warm up the tortilla wrap or flatbread in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or on a dry pan for a few seconds on each side.
  5. Place lettuce leaves on the wrap, then add the cooked chicken and vegetable mixture on top.
  6. Drizzle mayonnaise over the chicken and vegetables.
  7. Roll up the tortilla wrap tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
  8. Cut the roll in half diagonally and serve.

You can also add other ingredients to the chicken roll, such as grated cheese, sliced tomatoes, or pickles, to customize it to your liking. Enjoy
